Can you spot HIM?! Give HIM a wholehearted try this week. Peace and love fam!
WED. 7/12/23
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. {Isaiah 43:18-19}
Take a seat to catch a glimpse of what GOD is doing in our wilderness! Read all 28 verses of Isaiah 43. The Redeemer is at work! Peace and love fam!
TUE. 7/10/23
You make springs pour water into the ravines, so streams gush down from the mountains. They provide water for all the animals, and the wild donkeys quench their thirst. The birds nest beside the streams and sing among the branches of the trees. You send rain on the mountains from your heavenly home, and you fill the earth with the fruit of your labor.
{Psalms 104:10-13}
In today’s heat, GOD quenches our thirst! Let us make a home at HIS living and sustaining spring! Stay cool fam! Peace and love!
MON. 7/7/23
That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.
{2 Corinthians 4:16-18}
Sometimes our earthly perspective messes with us. God, help us see what you see! Happy new week fam! Peace and love!
FRI. 7/7/23
I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken. {Psalms 62:1-2}
Let’s daily lean on the True Rock! Happy weekend fam! Peace and love!
THU. 7/6/23
Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. My soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon—from Mount Mizar. Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me. By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.
{Psalms 42:5-8}
We saw “Fake falls and Real people”. Life brings real falls while GOD offers real restoration!
Peace and love fam! .

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
If you’ve got GOD’S light, shine! Our shine must point to how good and full of grace GOD is. Happy new month. Happy new week. Peace and love fam!
WED. 6/13/23
Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.
{1 Peter 2:1-3}
From babies to adults, our bodies crave good, pure, and nourishing food. Let’s lay aside what harms us and consume truth (God’s Word) that matures us. Peace and love family!
TUE. 6/13/23
Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your Heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?
{Matthew 6:26-27}
It is often worry, anxiety, fear, and doubt that blurrs our vision. So look at the birds today. God is providing, restoring, redeeming, and sustaining. Peace and love fam!
MON. 6/12/23
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
{Ephesians 5:15-17}
It matters how and where we walk! Seize the week fam! Peace and love!
FRI. 6/2/23
“Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways. Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows”.
“Come now, let’s settle this,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.”

This is nonnegotiable for those in Jesus! Be a neighbor who loves and seeks what’s right and just as God leads! Peace and love fam!

You and I have enough head space where trusting in God and resting in His peace can fill. Happy new month fam! Peace and love!
WED. 5/31/23
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. {Isaiah 43:18-19}
Dwelling on the past (the good, the bad, and ugly) can potentially fog our vision of the new thing GOD is up to today. Gaze forward! Peace and love fam!
TUE. 5/30/23
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
{Matthew 6:33-34}
We must make seeking GOD a daily priority. GOD, supply what we might need this new week:
Forgiveness
Protection
Provision

Direction
Comfort

Help
Truth
Hope
Help
Faith

Peace and love fam!
FRI. 5/26/23
Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the wilderness these forty years, to humble and test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands. He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.
{Deuteronomy 8:2-3}
Wherever you are headed and whatever your journey looks like, consume what GOD provides. HE’S got the snacks to sustain!Happy weekend! Peace and love fam!
THU. 5/25/23
One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. {Psalms 27:4}
Three things we must do with the eyes of our heart:
Open them. Seek God. Gaze forever on His beauty
Peace and love fam!
WED. 5/24/23
Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God. {Ephesians 5:1-2}
Little Pine trees smell like black ice! Let’s live a daily faith that smells like Jesus! Peace and love fam!
THU. 5/18/23
Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause. “Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.” {Isaiah 1:16-18}
True repentance brings justice. So reason, dispute, argue, and prove together! Peace and love fam!
WED. 5/17/23
Things Christians say:
“I pray a hedge of protection around you.”
It comes from Job 1:10. Hedges are secure barriers. Hedges protected a physical space. We need a hedge today.
Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. {Psalms 23:4}
Peace and love fam!
TUE. 5/16/23
Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see— how good God is. Blessed are you who run to him. {Psalm 34:8 MSG}
How sweet your words taste to me; they are sweeter than honey. Psalms {119:103}
This is a photo of my new friend Julio. Julio made me a smashing slow pour! A slow pour takes time. The reward is so worth it. I could taste the brilliant and rich flavors! Take that kind of time in God’s Word today. Taste His goodness! Peace and love fam!
THU. 5/11/23
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
{Romans 15:13}
I don’t know how the stuff from the inside gets out. May the God of hope, joy, peace, and life refill us today! Peace and love family!
WED. 5/10/23
I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth. When I send clouds over the earth, the rainbow will appear in the clouds, and I will remember my covenant with you and with all living creatures. Never again will the floodwaters destroy all life.
{Genesis 9:13-15}
Fat too often we take for granted God as the creator of heaven and earth. God, open our eyes that we might see your hands at work and the promises you have us! Peace and love family! Happy midweek!

{Isaiah 43:18-19}
Have a seat, He’s making a new way for you! Evacuate: “to remove from a place, as a dangerous place or disaster area, for reasons of safety or protection.” Happy weekend fam! Peace and love!
THU. 5/4/23
But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.
{Galatians 4:4-7}
In and through Christ, God truly is our Father. Cry out to Him, for He cares for you. May the fourth be with you fam! Peace and love!
WED. 5/3/23
All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.
{Acts 2:42 #2424002}
Something remarkable happens when we, by GOD’S Grace, devote ourselves to the above mentioned daily practices. Happy midweek fam! Peace and love!
TUE. 5/2/23
On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”
{John 7:37-38}
Now, standing here (with Jesus) - we drink! Peace and love fam!
MON. 5/1/23
Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.
{Joshua 1:7}
Strength! Courage! Looking to the right and left can misguide or misinform us. Starting this new month, lets fix our gaze toward JESUS! Peace and love fam!
WED. 4/26/23
“I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.” {Isaiah 43:25}
In Texas, we are taught to remember the Alamo! Today, let’s impress on each other that out of HIS brilliant Grace GOD remembers not our failings. “By HIS wounds we are healed! Peace and love fam!
TUE. 4/25/23
I remember your genuine faith, for you share the faith that first filled your grandmother Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that same faith continues strong in you. This is why I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you when I laid my hands on you. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
{2 Timothy 1:5-7}
Who is telling you about genuine faith in Jesus!? Your grandma (abuletia)? Your mother? Who are you telling about genuine faith in Jesus!? Peace and love! Fan it fam!
MON. 4/24/23
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.

FRI. 4/21/23
“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
{Isaiah 54:10}
Nothing will ever shake or remove GOD’S outstanding love from you! Happy weekend fam! Rest in HIS peace and love!
THU. 4/20/23
The screen shot is Psalm 13! A brilliant, heavy, and relevant text. Praying for the day fam! Peace and Love!
“It is no longer sufficient to hold beliefs just because you inherited them. Only if you struggle long and hard with objections to your faith will you be able to provide the grounds for your beliefs to skeptics, including yourself, that are plausible rather than ridiculous or offensive. And, just as important for our current situation, such a process will lead you, even after you come to a position of strong faith, to respect and understand those who doubt.” (Tim Keller)
TUE. 4/18/23
For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you. {Isaiah 41:13}
Shout out to my brother who sent me this photo! GOD is nearer than we think! Peace and love fam!
MON. 4/17/23
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. {Hebrews 12:1-2}
It’s pretty cool when GOD sends a huge beautiful cloud to remind us HE’S got our back and gives us each other to stand together while fixing our eyes on JESUS! Go get the week fam! Peace and love!
FRI. 4/14/23
“Return home, you wayward children,” says the Lord “for I am your master. I will bring you back to the land of Israel - one from this town and two from that family - from wherever you are scattered. {Jeremiah 3:14}
We are all wayward. GOD says to His children; come home! Have a stellar weekend at home fam! Peace and love!
THU. 4/13/23
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
{John 15:13-15}
The guy in the bucket may be a “friend is high places”; but he’s got nothing on our friend (Jesus) seated in the highest place! You are not alone today! Peace and love family!
WED. 4/12/23
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. {Colossians 3:12-17}
Today’s passage is longer than I normally send. But I realized that if we don’t know, we won’t ever care. So now that we know, let’s together care! Peace and love fam!
TUE. 4/11/23
Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.
{Psalms 61:1-4}
Lament. Petition. Cry. Seek from your heart! Peace and love fam!
MON. 4/10/23
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
{Jeremiah 29:11-13}
God has not abandoned us!
Daily call on Him. Daily pray. Wholeheartedly seek Him. In Him our future is bright! Happy new week! Peace and love fam!
FRI. 4/7/23
He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all. He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth.
{Isaiah 53:3-7}
Today is Friday. Good Friday. We look to Jesus, the cross and see our guilt. Yet we experience hope! Peace and love fam!
THU. 4/6/23
Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. {John 15:5}
For Jesus and his disciples Thursday is special. Jesus was intentional in being present and teaching truth. The main point: Apart from Jeaus we are and can do nothing! Remain fam! Peace and love! (Read - Matthew 26:17-19; Mark 14:12-16; Luke 22:7-13)
WED. 4/5/23
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
{Psalms 55:22}
Wednesday is a peculiar day. Some brainstorm on when and how to kill Jesus. While Jesus spends the day teaching and in close proximity to HIS friends. Let’s draw close too. Peace and love fam!
TUE. 4/4/23
One of the teachers of religious law was standing there listening to the debate. He realized that Jesus had answered well, so he asked, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.” {Mark 12:28-31}
On Tuesday Jesus makes the main thing the most important thing; Love! Love GOD. Love people. Give it a try. Peace and love fam!
MON. 4/3/23
Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out all the people buying and selling animals for sacrifice. He knocked over the tables of the money changers and the chairs of those selling doves. He said to them, “The Scriptures declare, ‘My Temple will be called a house of prayer,’ but you have turned it into a den of thieves!” The blind and the lame came to him in the Temple, and he healed them. {Matthew 21:12-14}
Jesus starts the week off by shaking things up in order to set things right! Come to HIM! Happy Holy Week family! Peace and love! (artwork by E. Campbell)
Thu. 3/30/23
Save me, O God, for the waters have come up to my neck. I sink in the miry depths, where there is no foothold. I have come into the deep waters; the floods engulf me. I am worn out calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God.
{Psalms 69:1-3}
Save us, O GOD! We are looking for you! Peace and love family!
Wed. 3/29/23
This is what the Lord says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord. They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future. They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.
But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.” {Jeremiah 17:5-8}
Our happy place, flourishing place, blessed place, is where we are entrenched with Jesus! Peace and love fam!
TUE. 3/28/23
The young man became so hungry that even the pods he was feeding the pigs looked good to him. But no one gave him anything. “When he finally came to his senses, he said to himself, ‘At home even the hired servants have food enough to spare, and here I am dying of hunger! {Luke 15:16-17}
Take a look at the whole story in Luke 15:11-31. May we all come to our senses, humbly approach The Father, and come home! Peace and love fam!
MON. 3/27/23
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
{Ephesians 2:8-10}
GOD has a beautiful plan. Will we allow HIM to create, perfect, and forge us? Happy new week fam! Peace and love.
FRI. 3/24/23
When they arrived, Samuel took one look at Eliab and thought, “Surely this is the Lord’s anointed!” But the Lord said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
{1 Samuel 16:6-7}
Read all 23 verses of 1 Samual 16 today! Growing taller is wonderful. Maturing in seeing as GOD sees is imperative! Peace and love fam! Go get the weekend!
THU. 3/23/23
Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with him.
{Philippians 3:8-9}
Everything is garbage, rubbish, trash, loss, waste!? Nothing in this world can compare to knowing, trusting and being loved wholly by Jesus! Peace and love fam!
WED. 3/22/23
Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up. {Proverbs 12:25}
Take It Easy = “Proceed in a calm and relaxed manner; avoid strain”
A word to help Take It Easy =
“In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you,” says the Lord. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.”
{Jeremiah 29:12-14}
TUE. 3/21/23
Guard my life and rescue me; do not let me be put to shame, for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, Lord, is in you. {Psalm 25:20-21}
We can keep our faith when life’s bumps come by fastening ourselves to GOD our refuge! Peace and love fam!
MON. 3/20/23
Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.
{Matthew 7:24-27}
Work GOD’S Word into your every day while listening with “heart ears”. Let’s build our lives using HIS foundational truth! Go get the week fam! Peace and love!
(The photo was taken in 1947 as the AHBC building was being constructed)
FRI. 3/17/23
(Jesus said) You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. {Matthew 5:14-16}
Let’s make good today! Good that highlights all the greatness, guidance, and grace of GOD! Peace and love fam!
THU. 3/16/23
Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.
{Romans 12:9-13}
We have been given the astonishing task of becoming Amigos to those around us! Go say hi fam! Peace and love!
TUE. 3/14/23

I love pie day! 3.14!
May GOD’S love (and only His Love) be the stickiness that holds us together! Peace and pie fam!
Mon. 3/13/23
If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
{1 John 1:8-9}
Humbly acknowledging Truth opens us up to the daily work of GOD’S grace! Happy new week fam! Peace and love!
Fri. 3/10/23
Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
{Matthew 5:3-12}
Read that again but insert Feliz instead of Blessed. It’s Feliz Friday! Happy weekend fam! Peace and love!
THU. 3/9/23
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
{Philippians 4:8-9}
Step 1: Think about what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
Step 2: Put into practice what GOD is teaching.
Peace and love fam!
WED. 3/8/23
“Don’t be afraid!” David said. “I intend to show kindness to you because of my promise to your father, Jonathan. I will give you all the property that once belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will eat here with me at the king’s table!” Mephibosheth bowed respectfully and exclaimed, “Who is your servant, that you should show such kindness to a dead dog like me?”
{2 Samuel 9:7-8}

Immediately the fire of the Lord flashed down from heaven and burned up the young bull, the wood, the stones, and the dust. It even licked up all the water in the trench! And when all the people saw it, they fell face down on the ground and cried out, “The Lord—he is God! Yes, the Lord is God!”

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.
{Psalm 62:5-8}
It’s good to have arrows pointing us to our refuge! Tie down here fam! Peace and Love!
FRI. 3/3/23
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. {Philippians 4:4-5}
Smile big, it’s Friday! In the midst of todays worry, anxiety, suffering, and heartache we look to rejoice still, and all the more as we trust in our Good God who holds us near and plans our steps. May love, compassion, kindness, and gentleness be so present in all our interactions. There is an urgency family as The Lord is near! Peace and love! Have a great weekend!
THURS. 3/2/23
With your very own hands you formed me; now breathe your wisdom over me so I can understand you. When they see me waiting, expecting your Word, those who fear you will take heart and be glad. I can see now, God, that your decisions are right; your testing has taught me what’s true and right. Oh, love me—and right now!—hold me tight! Just the way you promised. Now comfort me so I can live, really live; your revelation is the tune I dance to.
{Psalm 119:73-77 MSG}
GOD is at work forging, crafting, making, and shaping us so that we might reflect HIM. Praying for strength and endurance. Peace and love fam!
WED. 3/1/23
I waited patiently for the Lord,
and he turned to me and heard my cry for help.
He brought me up from a desolate pit,
out of the muddy clay,
and set my feet on a rock,
making my steps secure.
{Psalm 40:1-2}
“Suffering provides the gym equipment on which our faith can be exercised.” (Joni Ericson Tada)
Taking better steps to spiritual health looks like asking God for help, patiently waiting, and then making secure steps. Peace and love fam! Happy March!

(Found These On My Run - Part 1 - 10:9)
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. {Romans 10:9}
Belief, trust, and hope in Jesus is the goal! We must move from lip service to heart action. Mouths and hearts aligned together. Peace and love fam!
FRI. 2/24/22
Have you never heard? Have you never understood?
The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. {Isaiah 40:28-31}
How will we respond as GOD draws near and provides? Maybe now is the time. Fly! Have a brilliant weekend fam! Peace and love.
THUR. 2/23/22
The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time. For the Lord protects the bones of the righteous; not one of them is broken!
{Psalm 34:17-20}
GOD truly is Strong Stuff! Call out to HIM and find rescue! Peace and love fam!
WED. 2/22/23
Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take up my yoke and learn from me, because I am lowly and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. {Matthew 11:28-30}
Life is heavy? We press on daily reasoning that the anxieties, rush, and weariness we face are simply normal. Heavy is not normal. GOD sent His Son to remind us that His intentions were quite different. Connected to Jesus, life is light! For HE is strong when we are weak. HE brings rest when we run ragged. The Lent season gives us the opportunity to re-yoke ourselves! Find rest and live light!
